Dendro Career Opportunities
Starting in autumn 2024, our working group of dendroecology in Prague, Czech Republic (https://web.natur.cuni.cz/physgeo/dendro/) is offering four fully funded PhD positions. The candidates will join diverse teams of projects funded by the research excellence programme and the Czech Science Foundation. Individual PhD topics aim to understand the response of forest ecosystems to ongoing climate change by combining dendrochronological methods, process-based models of wood formation, dendrometers, and quantitative wood anatomy.
